...Who are we?

We’re a tech start-up based in Sydney, Australia. Although our team comes from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, we’re united by a common mission: to create the world’s most open and accessible job platform.

I personally have over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, working as a Carpenter, tradesman, foreman, and project manager. I’ve seen first-hand the challenges of finding consistent work. When I ran my own small carpentry business, I spent countless nights searching for the next job, quoting, and invoicing. The process was exhausting—posting ads on multiple platforms that often didn’t deliver and struggling to find reliable help when I needed it most.

This experience made me realize something important: it shouldn’t be this hard. And so, Blinkn was born.
